A Lot To Be Desired....

I lived her for a year in 2014-2015. The apartment size was very good and the location of the apartment was exactly where I needed it to be. I did also get along with the Leasing Staff and they were nice to speak with. The maintenance manager Don was great, he was extremely helpful and always available when needed. Unfortunately, his hands were tied most of the time waiting for the corporate office to approve things.

Additional issues were:
1. The previous property manager - A. C., she was rude and condescending when talking and did not follow through when asked.
2. The building was infested with bugs, especially roaches. I was vigilant in keeping my apartment clear, but going into the trash room and the hallways, there were roaches all over.
3. The clean-up during the winter time was terrible. Unfortunately, the only staff members who did anything was Don and his team. One bad day, there was no plow, the ice melted slightly and the road was an entire sheet of ice, no cars coming or going. When the plow comes through, the snow is pushed up in front of the cars. With many older residents this was a disaster.
4. The updated lobby and first floor area, is a facade. The company spent a ridiculous amount of money for a less efficient office space and small upgrades.

With all that said, it was not a 100% terrible place to live, just about 82% percent bad and would not recommend the community to others.

The worst staff ever!

I'm very reluctant to give this apartment one star rating. The maintainance staff is actually very helpful and solves my problems at a timely manner, but the leasing office staff is the worst I've ever seen! They never care about anything and they just suppose the residents know all of the rules and regulations. They are also super rude and lazy. If you ever have a problem and you reach out to them, all they say is "We'll get back to you", but they never did! Not even once during the whole year I've been living there. I have to reach out to them over and over again to get things done, and sometimes, I even have to pay for the mistake they make! Never believe what they commite to you.
