I felt the apartment was very nice. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was professional and accommodating.

The leasing professional was knowledgeable, and eager to please. The community was beautiful and well kept. I would recommend them to others.

My overall experience in the community was good. The Leasing Agent was enthusiastic and very welcoming from the beginning of our encounter. The Leasing Agent was friendly and inviting. The Leasing Agent made me feel comfortable and warm throughout our exchange. The Leasing Agent did a good job of guiding me through the apartment and pointing out the many features within the apartment. She also did a great job of describing and demonstrating the amenities inside the community. He also told me about the businesses that were outside of the community. The property was clean and attractive. I didn’t notice any trash or debris in any of the areas that we toured. The Leasing Professional offered me refreshments before we left for the tour and when we entered the model apartment. The Customer Service was outstanding. The Leasing Agent asked all of the pertinent questions to ascertain my needs and he pointed out the features within the apartment that were of interest to me. The Leasing Agent did a good job of trying to close and trying to create a sense of urgency. Based on the Leasing Agent's presentation I would lease a unit in this community based solely on the excellent presentation of the Leasing Agent.

This apartment made the top of my list. The only negative was that the bedrooms seemed small.

This community was a renovated urban style apartment community with high rental rates.

The one bedroom apartment was great. It had an extra half bath and a massive walk in closet and there was actually room to fit furniture in the bedroom and still have space to walk around.

I noticed on the community website that the indoor pool was scheduled to be completed in 2014. On-site, I was told it would be ready in October 2015. The community seemed like a very good value for the area.

Rent is reasonable. Convenient location. Nice apartments are all positives. Office personnel and seeming disregard for disruption from construction is a big negative.
