The location isn't that appealing, which is the largest reason why I might not recommend it.

Apartments are overpriced. For the same price, I could have rented apartments at other complexes which better amenities.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. I would be happy to discuss your concerns further, please do not hesitate to contact the leasing office at 978.535.3994. Thank you, Tristan

It is very conveniently located between 2 major roadways so it makes getting places quite easy. It is an isolated location as well because it's not surrounded by residential area so you don't really walk outside complex as dearborn road is quite busy with semis and larger vehicles.

My impression of the staff was that they were first rate. They were friendly and seemed willing to help. The community was very well maintained and extremely clean.

Rent goes up too much each year, many residents are priced out of the community. Most of my complaints lie with policing the residents (illegal parking, not cleaning up after dogs, etc.) Also, gym is often not functioning properly.

The staff is always helpful. Overall, good place to live. Cigarette smoke from neighboring apartments comes into my apartment. It's horrible and should be addressed, I can't be the only one having this problem.

Adequate shelving and wardrobe space in bathrooms. Generous tub in master bedroom with one other tub in apartment. Good provision for bed linen and towels. Adequate pantry, utensils, and crockery space in kitchen. Good size washer and dryer with racks in laundry compartment. Simple but very efficient arrangement of laundry space. Community lounge is elegantly furnished and well kept. Classy table, elegant toilets, water dispenser nice gesture, and so are books and DVDs in business center. Bedrooms too close to highway traffic/noise. Tenants deserve discount. No children's playground or tennis court. Carpet in apartment, stairs, and hallways should be washed periodically. No storage space for suitcases and such.
There is a children's play area down the hill.

When we first moved in, we were told that they anticipated a newer, larger gym the following month. It has now been 4 months and there has been no change. The current gym is missing pieces of equipment. Two out fo 3 ellipticals are broken and only 1 TV works. In regards to parking, management asks residents not to park on the hill but offers no sort of solution as to where else resident overflow may park.

We need recreation area for kids outside, a basketball court would work. There is next to nothing for kids to do here except go to the pool.

I would love to see assigned parking spots. Parking is the only complaint I have about living here. I work until 12 a.m. and when I get home, I can never find a spot. When I do find a spot, it is very far from my apartment, very frustrating!

Parking can be an issue around Buildings 16 and 17. On the weekends, if you're not home before 10 p.m., it is very difficult to park by our building. Dedicated visitor parking might help solve this issue and help them to park away from our building. During the week, parking is not as big of a problem.

Not enough parking, and hallways/common areas need to be painted as well as rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. Entrance to buildings is not very attractive.

Parking rules need to be enforced!

I would like to see more gas grills located near each building and not just at the pool. Or, allow the use of electric grills on patios. This would be of great help to those of us who like to grill. The office staff and the service staff are outstanding here.

Love it here! The only suggestion I would make is that the common hallways and entrances need a bit of attention.
