parking is terrible - there is no other appt complex with this system - i pay close to 2800 per month and several nights a week i cant even park near my building when i come home from work - sometime out on the street! something has to be done here

The place is great but to be honest every time we see a moving truck we say "I hope they are moving out so that there are less cars in the parking lot"

Cost to high.
Quality of workmanship and upkeep is in consistent. (Interior Paint is peeling in places, Outdoor damage and cleanliness of building siding)

With the rent increases that are NOT justifiable, I would NOT recommend it, as no other apartment group dose that to its current residents. As far as "living here"? i think its great.

Depending on their situation, there are lots of dogs here.

Parking can be tight at times.
Maintenance/plowing after storms efficient and prompt.
I would advise them to ask for what they need. they should choose the building and unit that meets their needs. Some noisy from traffic or apartment noises. Some are direct walkouts. Some have only 2 windows. Some have no view.

The rental rate is not reflective of the quality of the apartment or facilities. Only good thing is the pool, which they wonât even fix the gates.
