As a real customer, I would considering leasing there. The property was in a great location with nice apartments and amenities. The staff was friendly and professional.

The community was unique by way of its exterior design, which combined clusters of low rise, medium scale buildings with a wood clapboard exterior. The overall effect was that of a country village, although one which offered modern conveniences and amenities.

I was very impressed with the service that I received by the leasing professional. I could see myself living at the community.

I really liked the tour and seeing the property. The apartments were spacious and modern. The location was a bit inconvenient to the subway, but aside from that the agent gave a convincing presentation. He made me feel right at home and made me want to leave a deposit.

He then explained the leasing process to me and suggested calling or emailing him with any question and concerns, or to schedule another tour as needed. The community was well maintained.

I found the property to be flawlessly maintained. There were blooming flowers all around. The parking area, however, was poorly paved and uneven. My leasing agent stressed the proximity of shopping and public transport. This really appealed to me. I would definitely recommend to others.

I honestly did not have much to say about the property. Nothing outstanding and I personally would not live there.

I would recommend it to family and friends because it was modern, had lots of natural light and was very well maintained. It was near the public transportation, one does not need a car. It was also close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. It had a nice gym and a pool. What I liked the most was the patio that was a great place to hang out and entertain guests.

This is a very nice community and I would enjoy living there. Especially if I had a dog, as the dog park is awesome.

The location alone is appealing. As I drove onto the street, it felt tucked away from the busy rush of the traffic. The grounds were immaculate and very appealing upon driving in. The atmosphere in the leasing office was comfortable and welcoming. I did not feel out of place and other residents were making themselves comfortable in the area. The overall look and feel of the location was appealing and made me feel this would be a great place to come home to in the evenings. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and other attractions made it an ideal location for a working professional.

I enjoyed my visit and the tour of an apartment in this community. The leasing agent was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the apartment community, its location to stores, and the management company.
