These apartments are wonderful. The staff in the office are fantatasic. The maintenace men are great. Everyone is friendly.The grounds are beautiful,if you have some yard you can plan flowers which I love to be able to do this. I feel very safe here. I would only move due to the rent being a little high,but then I get what I pay for. We have great clubhouse,pool & works.

I have lived at Canter Chase for several years and have been very happy. I have not lacked for anything and really like the staff and apartment. The primary things I would like to see changed would be a play area for the kids and lower yearly increases in rent. The outside could use a little improvement too as some of the doors are dented, screens are dirty, and there should be notices or fines for littering. Also there should be a curfew by 10:00 at night to counter noise and provide peace through the overnight hours. Overall though it is a great place to live regardless and I have and will continue to recommend it to anyone.

This apartment community is set on a beautiful piece of property and has some great features. It is however starting to need some decent upgrades. It seems like all the other PMR managed apartment communities in the area are getting these great face-lifts while Canter Chase is being left behind but their rent prices are going up. It needs new paint and the apartments themselves could use better counters, sinks, doors and DEFINITELY new air conditioners.

Canter Chase is one of the best kept secrets in Louisville. The apartment complex is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and a country-like atmosphere. The office staff are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and quick to answer calls and complete repairs in a timely manner. We love all the fun community activities that are organized by Kevin and Sue. There is always something to do here. The apts. are spacious and open with great neighbors all around.!
We wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It has everything all in one area and is conveniently located to the malls, hospitals, shopping, and interstates.
You truly feel special here at Canter Chase. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place to live!
