The community was very nice and very well maintained. I believe it was too much to be paying to rent something there, but if you have to rent it would be nice to rent something as nice as that was. The model home itself was a great draw. It was decorated so nice it got me excited when I walked in. It was very nice.

This apartment community is exclusive and polished. The apartments are spacious, and some of the apartments have available attached garage parking. The clubhouse and fitness center are cozy and comfortable, and the community has a great home-like feel to it. The leasing professional was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

This property had above average curb appeal. It was apparent that a lot of effort went into maintaining this location. The model apartment was captivating. This property was shown with much enthusiasm and confidence.

This is a must see community. The apartments are truly huge like a house. The amenities are truly great. The pool area is like being on the beach!

The decor was lovely and sophisticated, the architecture was lovely, I loved what they did with the corners of the buildings.

The only amenities I was shown were not that much different to any other apartment I have shopped in the past. However, the apartment layout I saw was amazing. I have never seen a layout like that. It made it feel more like a home. Also, the upkeep of the apartments and grounds was amazing. The leasing office/building was very clean and well taken care of. In that area of town and with the details, I would say it were a fair price for the money. I would like to see the Master bedroom have a little more room, though. The way it was cut/designed, the angles did not suit well for much in there and allowing for walking room.

This is indeed a beautiful complex, almost resort like. In fact, I made that comment while on the tour. For the lifestyle, the money is definitely work it. The leasing professionals seemed friendly and approachable.

The property was well above average. The grounds were beautifully designed and the maintenance was flawless. Even in the drought, the landscaping was lush and lovely. The office and clubhouse presented an upscale feel which was echoed in the pool, hot tub and party area outdoors. The apartments were spacious with great balconies. The appointments were fairly standard and do not necessarily live up to the promises implied by the office.
