The complex hasn't changed since taking over from Almli, but priorities have! Rent was increased, expected. The changes they've made are ridiculous. New signage, expected, but every sign to include their logo? Generic signs parking, directions, now with their new logo? Second change, their leasing office, gorgeous! My hard earnings for these changes? I think not! What are the benefits I receive for the extra $'s I'm now spending? $0. Unfortunately, I just signed a new lease as I wasn't prepared to move so quickly, but I'll be prepared next year.

I loved living here—WHEN IT WAS OWNED BY AMLI. Once they sold to Crossings, everything went downhill. The staff in the office are by far some of the rudest leasing staff I've ever encountered. The office lost our delivered packages, lost one of our rent checks, and lost our letter saying we were leaving. At one point I tried calling the office 6 times over the course of a week, I got either a voicemail or no answer every time. Add to that loud neighbors who have parties, blast their bass, and scream at their children and you've got yourself a terrible combination.

I would not recommend anyone live here!

Have been renting here for four years and after the change over to Crossing at Danada, it's went down hill , all the office staff act as though your distraction and They all Park in the Visitors Parking spots , they should change the sings too read Employee Parking not Visitors!.

Will be looking for a new place this spring!

Amli was taken over by crossings a couple of months ago and everything positive about Amli has vanished! The amenities are the same, but the helpful office people, the quick maintance responses, the frequent emails and letters that let you know what was going on in the Amli community, the positive and comfortable feeling of wheaton living is gone. And they have the guts to raise the rent too.

Formerly called AMLI at Danada Farms, a name which made sense, now it's the Crossings at Danada. I see no crossings nearby. The property does not span a road, and there are no streams. The name change makes no sense, and the change in management so far has caused nothing but slowness and trouble. 3 days to check in a parcel? Really? Ridiculous!
