Reviews

2Br/1Ba review

I have leaved in this complex for close to 2 years in a 2Br/1Ba, 3-rd floor, starting when the new buildings close to the highway were not there.
Here are some pros and cons:
Pros:
Close to CAT Mossville area
Pretty spacious and floor plan is not to bad
Walk in closet in both bedrooms.
Close to shopping are: Kroger, Walmart, mall, parks
New buildings, but heard rumors about problems like leak roof, spiders,

Cons:
Do not expect any deals, discounts from management, at all!
Noisy heater
The AC can not cool down to 76, when 85-90F outside
When 5-15F, you can see a ice on balcony window contour and the temperature between head level and floor can reach 4-6F difference. Not to good if you do have a baby.
Extremely poor job to clean up the parking and road if snow. And I've been here for 2 winters.
Not all the time, but 1-2 days after it rains, you can feel the swear smell in laundry room
Do not rent for washer and dryer. Very cheap and it will ruin your clothes
Being between lakes, expect spiders, from very tiny to pretty big/ugly ones. Even when they spray, no change to get rid of them
The internet is a junk... no chance to stream a movie on Friday and when people are staying home and I've tried different packages.
No matter what, you need a water softener.
Expensive to break out the lease... 1 month rent + $150. Their reason being the need 1 month to rent back the apartment, but they will rent it back in less than 2 weeks. Guess who's winning!
Does not allow to stop carport until the lease stops.
Not customer oriented at all! And their employees friendly. I tried to take a certain carport for more then 1 year, but I've got lucky because a new employee was at reception and she did not knew not to lease that spot.
