James, Thank you for responding to our most recent resident survey. I appreciate your comments and feedback. I have already communicated to our developers the concerns regarding the noise level in between apartments. I also share your concern regarding non-residents using our amenities. We have already ordered wristbands that will be distributed to all residents sometime in May. Additionally we are in the process of hiring a company that will be patrolling the grounds and monitoring the pool area in the summer.

William, I am sorry about your experience at our community. I regret that your home has not lived up to your expectations yet I am pleased that the office staff has helped with a positive view of Tapestry Naperville. I take all my residents' feedback seriously and I will certainly be communicating your concerns to my development and construction teams with regard to noise levels between apartment homes. Please let me or anyone on my team know if there is anything we can do to make your living conditions more pleasant and enjoyable.

While I am certainly pleased that you enjoy living here with us at Tapestry, I regret that you are dissatisfied with the level of noise from between floors.
