The community offers some nicely renovated apartments that look fresh and new.

The community was clean and offered many attractive features. The location was good. The leasing professional was personable and genuine. The apartment fit my needs. Overall, I thought the community was nice, but the apartments were a tad bit over priced.

The community was very nice looking. It appeared to be very well kept. The clubhouse and other amenities were all well kept. The pool looked inviting. The landscape was nice, with flowers all over. I liked the location.

This community is fabulous. It is pristine, with a ton of amenities. The staff is friendly and informed. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. There is a sense of pride in the community. The community is comfortable and a place where you would want to stay for a long while.

We enjoy living here, the amenities fit our needs and we have made some great friends We have utilized the pool in the summer and the fitness center we use all year round, however we wish the space was bigger with a greater variety machines, and an additional bench or two. Overall, our experience has been welcoming and it feels like our home, and our pet definitely enjoys the outdoors and being close to the prairie walk too We also love how easy it is to get to local places and proximity to the city.

The prices here are higher than other newer properties in the general vicinity. Unless there were rent concessions I would not rent here, because I can find a better deal. Otherwise, it is a very nicely run and kept up place.

The service offered at the community was great and memorable.

The only issue are neighbors below us. They like to play loud music with heavy base late at night during the week. Otherwise everything has been fantastic

Great place to live Staff and Maintenance people are helpful and responsive, property is well maintained and we have enjoyed our new home Fireplace was an added bonus for this winter

The agent greeted me with a smile and handshake. He was well groomed, pleasant, genuine and very attentive. A job well done.

It's a nice apartment complex with an appealing look on the inside. Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly in regards to addressing any needs or concerns. Had some issues with plumbing and electrical in the apartment. The washer itself is out of date as well as the dish washer does not clean dishes very well. Overall I would recommend but some improvements could be made considering the price for a 1 bedroom apartment.

This is my second year living at Lincoln at the Parks and I am tremendously happy about it. The staff has been wonderful and extremely helpful. Due to work, I wasn't able to come into the office as often as I would like, but they were able to email me details about my apartment, size, and availability. It was very refreshing to have a place that does what it can to help you move in. The complex is doing a great job renovating everything, however, I would love it if they were to insulate the top floors a little bit better. I am on the third floor and whenever it gets to a certain temperature during the summer, it's almost unbearable even with the A C on. I would prefer it if the building did gas stoves instead of electric because cooking has become somewhat of a hassle. The electric stove heats up very fast and it's harder to control the temperature. As for the new cabinets that have been installed, I think they are wonderful. I enjoy the new updates that Lincoln at the Parks is doing to continue their amazing service.

I was referred by my friends to this apartment. They didnt receive the referral bonus as promised by Office staff. It is affecting the relations between me and my friends.
