The community was very well kept and the amenities were nice. The apartment was spacious and the community seemed like a nice, quiet place to live. The leasing professional was courteous and cordial.

Renovation is only cosmetic, not structural - buildings are very old, walls are thin and porous - cigarette smoke from adjacent apartment gets into my apartment; remote security access not working. Look elsewhere if you can.

The new renovated apartments are so beautiful! I love having a washer and dryer in my home. The girls in the office are always helpful and friendly!

Please be careful if considering this property. The newly remodeled units are great, which is what attracted me. Keep in mind that the structure is old. For the last 6 months my neighbors cigarette smoke has entered my unit. My clothing and linens smell like smoke. Maintenance has tried to fix this issue but it has not been resolved. After each attempt I get the "oh well" feeling. The office takes a week to get back to you for any question or issue. For the last 3 months I have had a rodent problem. The first time this was reported to maintenance twice and took emails to the office before I got a response 4 days later. I still have a rodent issue and it seems as if management can care less. My lease is up in one week and I am expected to sign a one year lease or the rent will jump over $300 higher than I originally singed for. If you move here plan to be on your own. You will be given then "it is what it is" attitude. Once you are a resident you are no longer a concern or priority to the office. I have spent many nights not sleeping in my own apartment because of these issues.

The floor plan for the one bedroom was well thought out and made a lot of sense. There was a generous amount of storage space in the apartment. The landscaping was nicely maintained and attractive. The club house was modern and nicely decorated.

I loved the property and could envision myself living there.
