I would highly recommend the community to family and friends.

The signage along the street was a little confusing trying to find the address and leasing office.

The agent present was courteous and helpful. I was disappointed that I was not shown any amenities or explained the process or requirements for leasing an apartment.

The associate mostly seemed indifferent to helping me and tried to push me off to other associates twice. She never mentioned move in procedures, or even ask if I was interested in leasing. She did not lead the tour and did not tell me much about the property other than the amenities.

The community was appealing. The apartment was generous in size and the upgraded apartment was worth the leasing price. However some of my needs would not be met, making me question if this was the best fit for me. While it would be an acceptable place to live, not having at least the heat included in the price was a draw back. And the ancillary costs would be prohibitive. The leasing agent gave a good presentation and answered most of my questions. I am not sure that I would recommend this community to my friends and family, because of the issues I have. I really could take it or leave it.

This is a very nice community, with some lovely features. There is a very nice view of the golf course on the west side of the community.

The community is nicely updated and has an appealing, modern feel. The landscaping and exterior areas are well maintained. The floor plans are smartly laid out.

There was nothing really outstanding about the community other than a nice location. The entire property was very clean and appeared well maintained, including the streets, walkways, halls, doors, windows, siding, and roofs. The staff appeared to be very busy with their work.

This is a large apartment community close to stores and plenty of places to eat. They have an extensive fitness center. The community is right next to a golf course.

This apartment community had everything a resident would need. They have a lot of amenities and features to offer (i.e., washer and dryer in most units, nice size gym on site). They are located by a golf course. The community is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops.

I would tell my family and my friends about this property. I was impressed by the well maintained amenities, and the apartments were a good value.

The overall community was amazing and everything that I would want in a home. The amenities were well maintained and updated. I could definitely see myself living here and would recommend it to family and friends.
