The property is beautiful. The landscaping, the pool, the deck, and all of the amenities were incredible. The staff in the leasing office were welcoming, knowledgeable about the property, the company, and the community. I personally liked that the agent was not very pushy and aggressive. A good selection of floor plan and price ranges for the apartments. I struggled with seeing the value of the rental price for the apartments. Although the rental prices are comparable to prices for properties in the area, some of the upgraded apartments are priced high for that particular area. It is not close to a downtown area, shop worthy stores, it is a few miles from the express way, and not close to the metra train. Which would require traveling to surrounding areas. When you factor in the cost of gas, etc., it increases living expenses which is a major draw back for me.

My perception of the community was that it was a well liked one. Residents were steady coming in and they appeared to be happy. The leasing agents displayed professionalism at all times and were welcoming to everyone.

The fact the amenities of two sister communities could be used by all residents was excellent.

The community is located in a great area. It is close to many grocery stores and schools. There is also a main shopping mall slightly to the North. The grounds are maintained extremely well. I found the fitness center to be clean and neat. The community has plenty of areas for walking; either for exercise or if you have a pet. I would definitely recommend the community to friends and family, for the value the community offers at a fair price.

The property appeared to be nice. I did not like the odor of the hallway of the apartment. I did not see the amenities, but was told about them. The apartment was small, but well laid out.

The price of the apartment was a good value for the money. The service was commendable.

The community offered bright, cheery and modern apartments. The utilities were separate and there were attractive amenities. The community was near stores and highways.

Both the interior and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The doors and windows were clean and free from smudges and fingerprints. The apartment was very clean and ready to move in. The swimming pool was closed for the season and the fitness centers had all the modern up to date equipment.

The community looked dated, but an attempt was made to renovate it. The electrical outlets and switches in the updated apartment were original to the building.

Based solely on the appearance of the community, I would have definitely come back for another tour of the property and the apartments they offered. The property was extremely well kept and very inviting.

The whole experience was extremely nice. The tour of the community and apartment was complete. It was nice not to feel rushed. The leasing professionals were all friendly and warm.
