Management is Horrific

I had lived at Candleridge Apartments, which is managed by Invespro Inc out of Minnesota for 5 years and 6 months. I paid rent on time and had no issues with any neighbors. The most I did was put in complaints to the manager at Candleridge of issues that needed addressed and fixed. When I didn't get response I took it to Invespro, Inc, which always turned out to be a waste of time. The property has an apple tree which of course drops apple, which then rot. My mother slipped and fell due to this happening. Management did nothing and acted as of they didn't care. Our ceiling fan in the master bedroom, fell completely off. Our infant was just laying in the spot it landed only a month before. Again management acted as if they didn't care. The topper, we had mice in the apartment. I found two good size holes under the heating vents. I notified management. Per management their standard of fixing is to put brillo pads in the holes. Management even thought it was funny that my 2 year old son almost caught one of the mice. Could you imagine if he did? What if the mouse bit my child? Would that be funny too? I took this to Invespro, Inc, finally they took action and the holes were covered correctly. Then we get a notice that our lease wasn't going to be renewed. In their statement, they wouldn't rent an apartment with holes in the walls, which they clearly did. And they said we took items from the apartment, which is a joke, because their is nothing in the cheap apartment that I would want---Shower head (we bought a new one to use while their because the one they head was gross), kitchen globe. This is just a couple items they were trying to say we took. They said we damaged the closet doors- We took them off so they would be damaged. Try saying their wasn't anything on the last check out-of course their wasn't because they recyle items from one apartment to the other.
The apartments are what you pay for. Nothing great but really not too bad. Now they would be better if the management would be changed out. If that happened you could probably call it Home. So if you are looking for Home for your family I would not live at Candleridge Apartments, managed by Invespro Inc. If you bring up issues that you see and try to keep your family safe. This is not a place for you.
