I would recommend if I thought they could afford downtown. Itâs not for everyone depending on their income. It is an experience though that I feel we are paying for to some extent.

This relates to my comment above. I give the highest marks for the building ttself and the staff. But over the last year of the pandemic, as major corporations have not returned to downtown, I have had concerns for my safety that I did not have when I first moved in. These concerns are signficant enough to me that I would have reservations recommending this location to another person.

Surrounding neighbors are frequently loud and inconsiderate; constant stomping from floor above, slamming cabinets, toilet lids, and entry doors from side neighbors.

If I would have known low income stores and non stop construction would be occurring I would not have signed my lease. Currently I am commuting further to avoid staying at the apartment as much as possible

We really enjoy the building, management and living downtown but the area does not seem as safe as it once did.
