I love my home is spacious and the layout is nice.

I love the location and the size of my apartment the staff is friendly and helpful

While the office staff appeared great, I did not get the same feeling from the property itself. There was trash when driving in the property. The compactors were severely overflowing. The buildings needed cleaning and some minor repairs.

I like the cost to stay here but I feel that things should be better. The complex should be kept way cleaner than it is. I was told when I moved in that the would power wash the outside of the apartments and the stairs and thatmhas yret to happen and they look a mess.This facility should keep ytheir word when dealing with the residents if you tell them a price you should honor it no matter what.

You are not enforcing the policies governing tenants leaving trash at the compactor, blinds and decks being maintained or abandoned vehicles on the premises. My building has 3 units not in compliance for over 4 months and I observed maintenance NOT gathered evidence at the compactor.

The leasing professional did not sell me on the property and some upkeep was needed.

I enjoy living here because the office staff are very helpful. The complex is clean, quiet, and orderly.

Because of the way I was mislead into thinking that I could view an apartment, I was not pleased when I got there and was not able to view anything. The agent did not offer to even describe what was offered.

I love the lay out of the actual apartments i just wish there were more people other than myself who care about how my complex looks inside and out. You have to keep a good eye and ear on the Folks inthe front office because they can be a little forgetful. Maintenance is great, Once they get the work order they do their best to get on it. Other than that it has it's pros and cons like any other complex you just have to keep your own and worry about your own. Things will move smoothly.

The community seemed quite nice and the apartments were a reasonable value. The agent did not really engage in conversation much and seemed more focused on selling than getting to know me.

The leasing professional was pleasant but really made no real effort to sell me the apartment. She provided information but did not ask me to apply. She was empathetic when told about my family situation, but other than that we really did not relate and a connection was not really made. The leasing professional was doing her job, but there was no excitement or enthusiasm about the property and I really did not get the feeling that I would want to live there.
