I lived here 5 years. New property management Orion took over 2 yrs ago and the following happened: They scam tenants 3 different ways in the lease renewals, water bills and final move out "pro rated" charges. Management is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and lazy. You pay amenity fees in your rent but the amenities are either unusable, broken or inaccessible. (Pool, gas grills, printer, computer, electronic entry gates, gym equipment). Every Time something broke or was inaccessible I would constantly have to remind them to resolve these issues because I was paying for it in my rent !!! DON'T rent here!!!!
