I was warmly greeted by the associate when I entered the leasing office. The associate completed the guest card as she asked questions to determine my apartment needs. The associate led the tour of the amenities and apartment with pride. I was asked if I wanted to complete an application and then if I wanted to leave a deposit. I was sincerely thanked for my visit.

I have put in several request regarding a hole in my kitchen ceiling and the sink with the garbage disposal has been clogged for months.

Water has been leaking in my kitchen since Monday and no one has coke around to see it it is damaged the counter and walls

This community is located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. All of the amenities in the community would make it a nice place to call home. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

The community was well maintained. The apartments were spacious and the rent was great. The community was close to the highway and the staff was very personable.

This community is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the expressway. The apartments are large and reasonably priced.

The inside of the apartment was huge and it was nice. It was not what I was expecting to see from the outside. The leasing agent was very disconnected, and did not try to make any conversation or get to know me.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Maintanace This has been the worst first time apartment living experience.

The grounds and serenity of the property were the best part. Lots of trees, flowers and walkways. The price for the size of the apartment and the age was commendable.
