The office staff at the leasing office at Manchester Place is HORRIBLE!!! My apartment was flooded recently and I have been going back and forth with them for over two weeks on trying to get my apartment repaired and back up and running 100%. The only time I have been able to speak to them about anything is when I have to take off work and go into the office. The Property Manager is NEVER EVER able to answer any questions about when anything will be started or completed. They barely pickup their phones and will absolutely NOT return any messages. They refuse to compensate me in any way for an apartment that was flooded and one in which I don't have full use of, but yet they are expecting my full rental payment. The only people that are of any use are the maintenance men. They are fast and friendly, and yes they will return your calls. I moved here when it was Treelodge Apartments and these people came in with absolutely no idea how to treat a loyal resident. The apartments are pretty nice but if you are expecting nice and friendly CUSTOMER SERVICE from this group forget it!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!

I moved here several years ago and was blown away by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Service requests were responded to quickly and you could always count on a pleasant greeting when entering the leasing center. The grounds were impeccably maintained. A recent change in ownership has brought about some appearance enhancements, continuing to make the community one of the most attractive in the area. Unfortunately, service quality and staff friendliness have suffered considerably. Still a 'looker' but that pleasant feeling of being wanted and appreciated as a resident is a thing of the past. Sadly, the thrill is gone.
