The leasing agent did a wonderful job, with trying to help me to obtain an apartment. She was very helpful when she explained the floor plan and where everything was located within the apartment. It was a very nice place to call home.

My impression of the staff was not so great. There were four ladies in the room and none of them had name tags on. They were just seated and having fun talking. Nobody stood up to shake my hand and acknowledge me. The community looked so serene and lovely.

I received great customer service on the property. The associate was very engaging and natural in her conversation and small talk. The community was clean, well maintained and spotless.

Management is extremely rude, once your lease is signed, don't expect any type of friendship from them unless you are paying your rent. When i first moved in, the apartment looked nothing like the model unit. Electrical outlets were cracked, light bulbs were out, there was a red stain in the bathroom flow and bathtub.

I rented for 2 years. They raised my rent $120 after my lease was up. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. There were feces on the sidewalk and all over the grassy areas.

When I went to visit the location, the landscape was beautiful. The lawns were well maintained and looked lush. The property was beautiful. The buildings were clean with no debris on the ground. The pool and waterfall are eye catching and make you feel as though you are on a vacation on an island

I have lived here for almost a year. We can hear our upstairs neighbor flush the toilet, sing, wash closthes and worst of all when she walks it sounds like a stampede. The unit includes a washer and dryer, which sounds great until you have to dry your clothes 3 times no matter how big the load. When I complain about this I am told I don't know how to wash.clothes or that it is "normal" to have to do this yet I've washed clothes for at least 10 years and never had to do this. The maintenenxe people are rude and the office staff only care about getting you to sign a lease. Once you do forget their sweet demeanor they have you.

It is really peaceful.

The apartment itself was very nice. I could definitely call this home. I did not view the amenities.

Move here to feel the difference :-)

The best Apartments I have been in. The Girls who helped me and did my contract were so great. I love the Aptaartment. I had a couple of minor things and they were on it, like very quick. I''m very happy. i love the way that i have the ability to pay online rent and Utilities, that means alot..

This is a great property to live at. It seems so new and clean.

The apartment homes are in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and the Interstate. The community has a beautiful view of the city.

The community was very well maintained. It was in a great location. The apartment was spacious and had two patios, one enclosed and one not. There were washer/dryers included in the apartment. The rooms were large and both of the bathrooms had garden tubs.

I still to this day do not know what the property as a whole has to offer. I am embarrassed that something that rents for over $1000 a month has someone so disconnected showing or selling their apartments. I would hope that you do not care as little or as less as she did during my shopping experience.
