Everything is wonderful here, we enjoy calling this home.

We've been residing at this location for about two years now. I've had the opportunity to speak with the property manager Christine and her staff. I must say, we have been very pleased! Not only is staff professional, but also very helpful. We had an emergency situation with the hot water meter bursting and they responded right away. They were able to replace it promptly (late in the evening,) cleaned the carpet, and then followed up periodically. We enjoy the contemporary look of the apartment. The landscaping is always top top! All in all, tis has continued to be a great place to live. I would definitely still recommend this community. Kudos to Christine and her entire team!

My family and I have been living here for 2 years. We feel that the safe and active approach from management makes Menlo Creek a more desireable place to live. My initial decision to live here was while my wife was pregnant. I wanted a safer place with fewer buildings, making it easier for management to monitor the neighborhood. Also, having security circle our establishment at night helped my decision even more, knowing my wife cal walk around the neighborhood while security is on patrol. All in all, thank you for your attentiveness and continued effort in making Menlo Creek a better place to live.

Menlo Creek is a great place to live after all. Management is doing an exceptional job here. The only suggestion I have would be to move trash collection to a more distant location. As of now, the dumpster is no more than 10 feet from Building 100. Outside of the gate area is an option. During summer months, the smell is terrible and causes my apartment and the community to smell like trash. This area is an excellent insect magnet, especially fruit flies that also occupy my apartment during this time. Thank you for your time.

I am very pleased with the property manager, Christine, and ger wonderful staff/maintenance crew. This is by far my best experience and apartment community out of all of my previous places of residence. I wish that they would allow tenants that have lived here 2 or more years to maintain their current rent payment sans rent increases because of the community area and the fact that apartments in this ara should not exceed a certain rent amount. Other than that, I am pleased with everyone and everything this community offers. I rate Menlo Creek 5 stars!

Would like to have the patio on each apartment pressure washed, extremely dirty. Leasing agent Jeff is great, friendly, professional, and on top of his game. He made our move in easy!

Great community to live in. Only complaint is the people who grill food on their balconies. Can management regulate this issue? We live on the 3rd floor and leave our windows open, so all the smoke gets into our home.

The Menlo Creek staff is always responsive and courteous. In my opinion, they deserve a 10+!! It's rare to have everyone on staff being as friendly and helpful as they are. Thank you Menlo Creek staff.

I lived here from 2010-2012 and then we moved out. We decided to move back as of Dec. 2014. I love the apartmnt complex. It felt like home as soon as we moved in. It was a huge sigh of relief.

Overall, great community. It has been my favorite place to live thus far. The staff is great and I love my apartment. I would, however, like to see more enforcement on the abuse of handicap parking. It is not monitored after hours and therefore allows anyone to park there once the leasing staff is closed.

I would like to see a decrease in rent or rent staying the same due to the number of years I have been with the property.

A solution to the loud air conditioning units right next to the windows of the bedroom on lower level would be nice. The community is great overall. Customer service is great, and frequent functions keep residents happy and social. Add ceiling fans to bedrooms or lights instead of recess lighting in main areas of apartment (i.e. bedroom and living room.)

Smoother speed bumps would improve the community. The playground is only appealing/suitable for toddlers. School-aged kids have nowhere to play. The remote opener for gate access should be included in the rental fee. A more consistent/thorough garbage pickup crew is needed.

Every day, I am growing to love my community better. I truly like the interactive nature of the complex, from game nights, to other things. I enjoy it all. I also like the idea of surveys because it tells me that you guys are willing to listen to concerns and hopefully address them. I also enjoy the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. They are also very caring. I ahve only been here about 6 months, and most of my requests and concerns have been addressed. Please keep up the good work, thanks.
