I enjoy living at Menlo Creek. I have been here going on 3 years and intend to remain here until I purchase my home. The community gets better every year with more improvements. Thanks for continuing the progress on improvements.

There is need for improvement on how to collect trash on time.

We wish there were more recreational activites, such as tennis courts, better gym, and a running/biking trail.

Dogs not on leashes and owners not picking up after dogs. Speeding occurring at all hours, even while kids are out playing. Rules at pool not followed. Like the events that are planned for community, always seem like they would be fun. Newsletters are great to keep up with everything.

I believe security and safety is a HUGE issue here. They released numerous letters about other areas having break-ins as well as cans being broken into in this community yet they didn't increase security until our home was broken into. Had they taken the necessary precautionary measures, this could have been prevented. It may have even been prevented cars from being broken into. Also, the current rise in rent is deplorable. The property is no longer worth the current prices let alone an additional $100. I am appalled that after my home was broken into, my rent increased. I am really disappointed as I really have enjoyed living here prior to now.

Everyone at Menlo Creek is super helpful and attentive. Rebecca goes above and beyond to make sure that the residents are comfortable and happy. She is always so pleasant and I just love her aura. I also love that Menlo Creek has been having more events for residents. It gives us a change to meet our neighbors and to socialize with the residents as well as community staff.

The community promptly responds to service requests, and the staff is incredibly pleasant and professional. Moreover, I regularly stop in the leasing office to socialize with Rebecca and Jeff. They are both friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around.

Not enough parking.

I love the atmosphere of our community, it's friendly, clean, and secure. The only thing I would change is the parking spacing in front of the 300 Building. They are very small and we have trouble getting into/out of our car at times. My car doors also have dents and scratches from other car doors hitting them. Lastly, there should be a sign designated for visitor parking. I feel as a 3 year resident that I shoudn't have to park far from my building.

Pick up after dogs, kids playing in green areas leave trash, need garbage cans in common areas, clean the playground once a week, and Jeff needs to be more respectful.

The office staff is really friendly and works hard to make sure the needs of the tenants are met. Apartment is nice and well kept.

Provide after hours security to monitor park, parking, and recreation areas.

Wonderful, friendly! Goes above and beyond to meet my needs. They remember my name and make me feel like a valued client. Maintenance issues are always handled immediately. Not enough parking for residents, much less if we have guests. Great staff. Best apartment complex and staff I've ever dealt with!!!
