I would probably not unless someone is looking for cheap rent. Between the car break ins, the bugs, the constant smell of weed it's not necessarily the most inviting environment. If asked this earlier this year I probably would have said yes, but since the constant change in management things have certainly gone downhill.

For the years I've been at this location I have, in average, enjoyed all of them. As seasons have cycled through, the amenities have been readily clean and available for use. I hope to say the same throughout this Summer! Terrifies me I can't say the same about the comments from my neighbors, as these are displeased as to the current condition of the pool, and trending maintenance request responsiveness.

The apartments are way to small for the amount of rent they charge. Maintenance requests takes forever to be fulfilled.

The complex is OK but I am concerned about the changes in the resident pool. There us a lot more cars racing over speed bumps,music blaring from cars and apts.

I wouldn’t because I’ve had 2 maintenance requests not be answered in a timely fashion. And multiple times the office personnel has failed to return my calls when promised.
