Ok...
The property is nice and the amenities are nice too. Secure place. Unfortunately I had to leave because of managements inability to resolve my issue. I was in unit 11206 and the tenants underneath me decided to get a dog. This dog barked constantly. At times the dog would bark until 1am. I brought this up to management and they said they would address it. It didn't get better. I brought it up a second time and was told it was going to be addressed and it didn't get any better. I brought it up a third time and was told they would address it again and it wouldn't get any better. I let them know that I would leave if they could not fix it. They did offer me another unit, but why should I have to move when I'm not the problem. I'm not sure if they actually address it or just said that to appease me. I recall spending one in in my car because it was so bad and another night I spent in a hotel because I just couldn't take it anymore. Finally after the 4th complaint I let them know I was leaving. Its really concerning that they would rather have me leave than ask the person that is creating the problem to leave. Or then of course they may never have addressed it to begin with. So they "generously" let me leave two weeks before my lease was up without charging me an early termination fee. So disappointed in their ability to provide a peaceful place for residents.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you have had as a resident at Waterstone.  Our office staff did their best to mediate this situation and provided several options, while some were not as favorable as others, to make your stay at our community as comfortable as possible. When we addressed these concerns to your previous neighbor’s attention, the resident has stated that the service animal was recently transferred to them and was going through a period of adjustment at that time. The service animal needed a few days to be acclimated to its new living arrangement, and we have not received any other complaints.  Although we always address noise issues that are brought before us, the best advice we can give to all residents is to talk to their neighbor when it’s happening, and they will understanding. Should that not work, contact the local animal control or police to report a noise complaint. Both agencies will document and can issue warnings to your neighbor. Waterstone strives to maintain a positive atmosphere for our resident, but know that there is always room for improvement. Thank you for taking the time to review. The apartments are beautifully designed with nice details and features. The rooms are spacious and even the living room is more like a square than a rectangle, leaving plenty of room to walk around. The amenities are some of the best and the staff keeps everything in immaculate condition. You can tell the residents care as well. For everything you get, the price is just about right. I would only say granite counter tops would make the price unquestionable and complete the scene.

Great Experience! Clean and Safe
Needed a place to stay while our home was being built. Waterstone rents short term which saved us. Our home took longer than we thought and they extended our time out 3 extra weeks! We could not find a home for less than a year. These apartments are very nice and new. I always felt safe as they are well lit at all times. Great amenities, wonderful people to work with (Ann and Amber) and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend these to anyone, young or old. Great location near I-985 and Mall of Georgia. Trust me you can't go wrong if you stay here as I viewed many others that were not near as nice. We had a great experience!

The community was in a great location. The amenities were very nice and the club house was warm and inviting. The pool was nice and the grounds were free from litter.

Everything from the first telephone contact, follow-up, availability date, and move in has been first rate!! The property is very well maintained and the staff has been first rate to deal with. Our unit has been a very good value for the money we spend each month.

The rental price was fair enough for such a new property. The floor plan and finishes of the apartment were creative and well done.
