The apartment itself was a nice size and layout for the money. The community, however, did not come with much in the way of amenities. It also did not give me the feeling of home. Everything was coin operated. The leasing professional was professional and business-like. The fact that it was affordable housing made the apartment a pretty good value, but the appliances not matching were an issue. The closet and bathroom sizes, however, were impressive.

Because of some of the resdents that reside here received discounted rates and its not fair to pay all the rate, and deal with the events that take place with folk that has no care or pride in their community. I truly believe if they were screen for their previous residence it may help

The late fees are rediculous and the trash situation is embarrassing when you enter or leave the premises... The tenans should be put on notice about that.. Keep the area clean

I would say this is a ok place to stay till u fine a better place which on my case im moving to a house, but i dont think this is a place to stay

I found it to be an older community but was well maintained and in good condition. The apartments were in a good location that was close to shopping, dining and the local interstate. The apartments were average for the area but the pricing was quite a value. The staff member was very knowledgeable about the community.

Good but could be Great!
I live here currently and I have a few issues... (1) the fact that this is supposed to be a gated community but the gate never works consistently. It will work for a couple weeks and then it's out for a month then all of a sudden its back working again.... no consistency. (2) I hate the fact that they have a contract with comcast(who has horrible customer service) and you can 't get service with anayone else unfortunately. Over all though, it's ok. I think my neighbors make it better because everyone speaks but also stays to themselves....so that's a plus :)

I don't like the neighborhood but I'm sure it's good for some people
