This is the worst apartment complex I've ever live in. The new management is absolutely unreasonable, unwilling, and indifferent to helping residents or dealing with residential matters. I've only lived here for 1 month and already I've seen roaches, mice, and my apartment has been flooded and I've been told by management to deal with it. In fact, the day before my apartment flooded due to a maintenance mishap, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and sent home with a number of medications to take. I told the apartment manager that I would not be able to breath the chemicals use in the carpet drying process or breath well with the blower machine spreading air infused with fumes throughout my apartment. She told me that my health was of no concern to her, and management would not provide for me to stay in a motel/hotel room while they perform required maintenance. So i was forced to either sit in my apartment with the stench of old mildewed chemical scents while recovering from pneumonia, or rent a hotel room out of pocket. Furthermore, when i further inquired about the development of mildew with my ceiling and walls, she told not to worry about it, i was annoying her, and she walk away from me while i was talking with her. I felt very insulted, and felt like i was treated less than a person. It was then that i realized that these folks do not care about residents only their pay check. Over the last few days I've read reviews on other rating sites about West Eagle Green Apartments and they are all consistently disturbing. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Please read and take heed, do not rent from this place if you expect to be treated respectfully and deal with a rental office that cares about its residents.
