I have recommended the apartments due to the proximity to Emory, Toco Hills and I-85. The grounds are lovely; each time I come home the tree-lined path with singing birds immediately relaxes me.

This is the largest apartment we've been able to find and it's a good drive to Emory's campus and the freeway for clinicals.

The location of the property was very convenient. When I got into the community it had nothing to set it apart from apartments that were in the 800-900 rental rate range. The leasing office was not welcoming. The color choices for the walls and furniture were dark and had a boring feel.

Amenities that are included in the high price of rent such as the gate remain broken more often than they are working. Anyone could drive into the complex at any time and undoubtedly the office would attempt to refuse responsibility for any misfortunes that happen as a result, although legally they are responsible as this is an amenity promised in the lease. The dumpster out front that has not been fixed for months makes the place look like a dump (no pun intended). Courtesy issues and noise complaints are dismissed by the office until the resident is forced to live with the inconveniences. Additionally, the recent dismissal of responsibility for packages left in the office was over and above ridiculous. If an office employee signs for the package, then that means it IS their responsibility. If the property wants to be rid of responsibility for deliveries then the carriers need to be provided with a code for the gate to bring them directly to residents. As it is now, the gate is generally broken anyway so the carriers should be allowed to enter and leave the packages especially if the office does not wish to have any responsibility for what is left there. I must say, however, that I do love the maintenance staff. They are friendly and helpful in any way that they can be and truly seem to enjoy their jobs.

The community was not bad, though I felt some upgrades would help. The leasing professional actually said it has been since the 60's. All the same, it did not look run down, but was well maintained. The leasing professional also conducted the tour professionally. She had a very likable personality. I probably would lease there.
Thank you for filling out our survey. Our property was built in 1994 and the upgrades started in 2013. I am not sure of where the 60s comment comes from! :) Please stop by the property for another tour. Our upgrades surely impress! Thank you.
