The staff there was fantastic and the apartment was really nice. It was bigger than I was expecting and the built-in desk was great for working. Plus I loved the fact that I could access the patio from the bedroom and the living room. Check this place out if you have not already.

The leasing professional was very friendly and talked about the community in a positive manner and pointed out as many of the features as he could since he could not show me an apartment. It was very informative.

Gate always broken
Reserved parking not being enforced and residents always parking in a reserved spot that is not theirs.
Pay for pest control yet pest control does not come on a consistent basis

The apartments need updating ASAP.
The floor plans are great but the propriety needs counter tops and appliances update.
Also the lack of EV plugs in the parking space make other buildings more disareable.
Most of my friends and employees do drive electric cars.
I personally had to change my car to be able to be here

This was an older property that has been well maintained. The location was good and the grounds and community amenities were well kept. However, the apartments themselves needed modernization. Still, it seemed like a nice place to live.

These apartments are WAY too overpriced for what you get. The gates are always broken the car wash has been taped off for about six months part of the parking lot was taped off for MONTHS with no explanation there is trash (fridge garbage toilet) sitting outside the shed by the car wash that guests can see and theres a LOUD train that sounds like its hitting the building every morning around 2AM. DEFINITELY wouldnt recommend this place to anybody for the expensive price tag. Plus the grounds arent well kept. Sweep the entry ways and power wash the concrete monthly..all this rent..this place should be SPOTLESS..old or not. I cant wait to move.
