Noise volume on 1st floor, smoking in common areas especially trying to get to my apartment, sub par breakfast and lack of coffee and supplies are reasons I would not recommend.

The courtesy officer can sometimes be overly aggressive and rude when this is not necessary. A calmer tone and attitutde would be appreciated given that they are a "courtesy" officer. Regular e-mails about community issues are great and should be continued. Lisa is fantastic & has always been very very helpful with everything.

Unfortunately, we are moving at the end of our lease because of rental increases. We are moving down the street, to a bigger location w/similar ammenities... for less money/month. We love the Alexander... we've been loyal, dependable residents for 5 years... but you've given us no choice but to leave w/pricing increases.
