This complex does not care about its residents

I have had nothing but problems with the office's incompetence since I have moved in. Twice I have spoken with Tiffany who will try to speak over and interrupt me instead of listen to my concerns. She is combative, rude, and should find a new industry to work in. My original application to lease was lost. Tiffany told me it was not her responsibility when I asked about it. They put the wrong person's name on my mailbox which led to mail not being delivered. They do not alert people when packages have been received. I was again told that it wasn't their responsibility to do so. They send threatening letters to residents instead of informative ones. With the exception of two individuals in the office the attitude is this is not my job In fact I have been told be several people that one thing or another was not their responsibility I am strongly considering using my leases out clause to move.

Gorgeous apartments, terrible office staff

From the moment we began our application to live here, it was an extreme HASSLE. The online system constantly kicked us out. When we called the office, DAILY, they were of no assistance. They directed us to a third party to attempt to correct the issue, who in turn, sent us back to the office. No one called to let us know what time we could move in or confirmed that the documents were approved. We showed up on our move-in day, and were told we needed all of these additional documents that were never mentioned during ANY of our daily calls. The manager was completely useless. The apartment, however, is gorgeous and was mostly clean. The major issues upon moving in were outlet covers missing, hole in floor of master shower, sheet rock dust everywhere. After living here two weeks, our AC unit went out. The maintenance team came out and reported it fixed. Days later, it was broken again. After the third maintenance call and weeks of back and forth, the unit was replaced. A week after this, the hot water heater went out. Last but not least, the office staff is extremely rude and completely useless. They hang up on you when you ask questions. During the construction in the club house, they threatened to not allow packages to be shipped to our apartments and provided NO compensation for the fees of club house or gym, which were unusable for the better part of 4 months. Best parts about 1050 Lenox Park location, politeness of maintenance and grounds crew, ample parking space, pool area.

Ok place to live, too expensive

This property was ok to live at, not for me, a bit overpriced.

Comfortable, Nice Staff

I personally haven't had any issues in the two years I've lived here other than noisy neighbors above me. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The landscaping does need some attention towards the back of the complex but I look forward to the improvements the new property manager will make

Better before Lincoln took over

I really like living here. The pool by far exceeds all others I've seen. Marta runs behind it, but after three nights you don't hear it anymore. I feel safe here I've never been worried about a break in. Love the covered parking and that my friends can park anywhere here. Things have changed a little since Lincoln took over the property. There are lots of rats by the dumpster. They sent out a letter that maintenance would come by one specific day for a routine thing, but they showed up on a different day and wouldn't stop knocking when I was trying to sleep before work. When I asked if they could come back they said no, even though they showed up on a different day then what we were notified of.

Great place to live past two years

This was a very ideal place to live right out of college. Our rent was super cheap for a two bedroom. Now they are doing all these renovations and the rent is probably going to sky rocket but I will be leaving at the end of my lease anyways. We lived on the first floor so it was clear that we were going to hear EVERYTHING from above us which we did but the layout of the apartments are pretty spacious and big. Also, being on the first floor was a plus because we didn't have to take stairs or drive up the parking deck..so I can't complain too much. The Maintenance staff was awesome and fixed every problem we did have. We rarely had problems but when we did it was something to do with our hot water heater. Overall the price of these properties were great when I moved in back in 2013 but I don't know what they will be in 2015. The front office staff has always been very friendly to us as well.

Pretty Good

I've been living in apartments around Atlanta for the last 8 years and 1050 has been one of the best experiences. There are, of course, things that could be better. But that's apartment living. It comes with the territory. I would like it if the trash compactor would allow me to hit the compact button instead of it being locked. Its probably a safety feature, but the old one would allow me to compact it myself and I believe it wouldn't get as backed up some times. What ever happened to the valet trash anyway Just curious. It was mentioned at one point but never actually happened.

happiness

Im very happy to have chosen this place to live, its very comfortable, quite condo, I highly recommend this place... its close to everything

better place

its a very good place to live, we made a good choice, its an amazing experience

Pretty Good

I've lived here for almost 3 years. 1050 is in a great location. The surroundings are very pretty, and the pool is amazing. Parking is plentiful, which I appreciate, and the apartments are spacious. I haven't had any serious issues that the business managers and staff haven't taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

Good for young folk

the property is in a good area

I'm unhappy with the fact that the property management doesn't tell you when a package has been delivered. This is the second time I've had to check the shipping information only to find out that my package has been delivered a week ago and the manager hasn't bothered to even send me an email. What, do I need to know whenever someone is sending me a gift for my birthday too

Disappointed Tenant

1050 Lenox apartments are expensive projects. Nothing about these apartments are luxary. I recently moved in to what was suppose to be an updated luxary apartment. Instead of replacing the dirty, worn carpet they decided to clean it. They didn't even paint the entire apartment, cabinets are stained and dirty. The shower can't be used because it's gross, the cocking and tile is stained and piled on. I was told that the missing wood on the cabinet door would be painted instead of replaced. The hallway to the apartment entrance is filthy! I brought this to management attention about a week ago and they said, "no problem we'll power wash it." They haven't done anything. My neighbors leave trash outside the door for days instead of taking it to the dumpster. As I was walked out of my apartment I was greeted with a empty beer bottle at my door. I'm so frustrated! I'm 7 months pregnant so I will be here until after I have my baby. I'm so tired of complaining I just decided to pray, get an alarm and look for me a new place to move to after I have my baby and get enough energy to move again... I'm so disappointed and angry at myself for not doing my research prior to moving here...

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community was well maintained and the leasing professional was very friendly and prepared.

I liked that the property had fountains although I did not get to see them. I also liked the layout of the property and how everything was enclosed. It was in a great location and close to everything, yet tucked away and private.
