Nice Place to live
I have been living here for close to one year now. This community is very quite and well maintained. Two bedroom units are really designed well except kitchen. Maintenance requests are resolved promptly even when you raise it online.

This community is an excellent place to live, I really recommend it to all my friend, this is one of the best places on the area.
Kept well
Would be perfect if I did not hear ppl stomping up the stairs all times of day and night. Very hard to sleep in my bedroom. No consideration for others given. Above neighbors walk/stomp so heavy that items have fallen of shelves. I m not new to apartment living.. noise expected.. This is excessive. Would be perfect otherwise. Lived here 90 days.. already considering lease options.

Worst ever leasing staff .never move here..
Lived here for 10 months from apr 13 to jan 14..house quality is good but management worst ever..you will never feel at home living in this community..they will make you feel that they have done some favor renting the apartment.
Before moving out I had specifically mentioned I want to be part of joint move out inspection . They never cared to do that and sent me final exorbitant bill..

The agent did an excellent job of selling the property. The grounds and amenities were very attractive, yet priced quite high.

I would say that it was a wonderful community to live in until the recent rent increase.

I would say that the office staff are very nice and often go above and beyond for the residents...(I would say that's more the rule than the exception.) Something I've noticed, actually, about this staff, in particular, is that they seem to really know both the residents and the community very well. I mean, really well, like, they don't ever need to refer to any kind of diagram or paperwork to tell you anything at all about any apartment on the property, it seems. They can also tell you facts about the property, even when they don't live on site. One example: I had just recently transferred from a 3-br, top floor, here, to a 2-br, terrace-level. The difference is pretty big, because there are people walking by at eye level and it can be disconcerting. Well one day, there were some campers out in the forest that is maybe 8 feet from my living-room window. They had guns and I was concerned about it, naturally. I called the office, and one member of the staff -- who doesn't even live in the complex -- immediately knew to whom I was referring and told me they were using, basically, pellet guns (like toy pellet guns), and that she knew the people I was talking about and assured me that they were not anyone to worry about. I don't know what she did, but she must have handled things very diplomatically, because my fears were allayed, but, just now, I'm trying to recall the last time I saw the hunter/campers, and I can't even remember. It's that kind of attention and proficiency at one's job that makes a resident's experience so much better. One other thing I can say is that when the staff do something nice for you, as a resident, most of the time, it's something you can't even see; something you wouldn't be aware of unless you went out of your way to find out or found out by accident. Case in point: the manager went way above and beyond in helping me when it was time to transfer apartments. I can't actually believe what she did, it was so generous and so very, very kind...And I wouldn't have *ever* known, if not for another staff member telling me something totally unrelated that made me realize what she did. When I saw her on another day and thanked her, she looked genuinely surprised and got a little teary when I told her how much it meant to me. I think that for her, it was just another good deed, even though it made a HUGE difference in my life. One more example: When I moved to the 2-br that I'm in right now, I wanted help in picking out nick-knacks and decorative touches (like there are in the models and mini-models of the apts.) The assistant mgr. actually picked out things for me and brought them in to the office. Again, just above and beyond. And they know their stuff, too. Whenever I have had any kind of dispute about a bill or charge, etc. They will explain it to me until I get it, even though, sometimes, that's a while. :) Anyway, it's just a great office staff, period.

Once stellar, now disappointing
I'm disillusioned. The lights are out in my breezeway and on the back of my building. Makes me feel unsafe. I'm only on this website to make a maintenance request.
I would say that your experience here really, really depends on what condition your apartment is in UPON MOVE-IN, because nothing, nothing, nothing will be fixed or improved afterward. (unless they give you new appliances along with your steadily rising rent) So choose well, because you are stuck with what you pick. Leaser, beware.

The lease rates are a really good value for the apartments. The setting and grounds are spectacular.
I am so sorry to hear about your neighbors being so noisy coming up and down the stairs and disturbing your sleep. Â I would love to discuss this issue with you more as to allow it to be addressed directly with the individual(s) at fault. Â When you have some spare time, please call the Wood Bridge leasing office directly and ask to speak to Diana, the business manager. Â Hopefully we can ease the situation and make your stay here much more comfortable.
