Even though I had to wait, the leasing agent was naturally polite and courteous toward all guests. It made my experience excellent and I would definitely recommend the community based on that day's experience.
Was very excited to move in, now ready to leave
Besides all of the rodent issues, and the flooding, we have had to deal with constructions, noise from industrial blowers and De-humidifiers and deal with uncaring staff. And we have only been hear for three months
Best Option in the area
Little Higher on the rent , but best option if you want something central in Alpharetta.
Nice Place to Live
Great property management and excellent maintenance. The property is very nice, but many parents do not watch their children while at the playground. Kids run all over the place and are often in the middle of the street, darting out in traffic on bikes and scooters and leaving toys in parking spaces. Especially near the playground at building 10.

Great place to live.
Great staff, great maintenance people/response, not noisy at all (we hear neighbors walking around above us on occasion, but that is to be expected), family-friendly environment. We rented this place sight-unseen as we moved from out of state. We have not regretted our choice.

Superior apartment community in Alpharetta
Wood Bridge is a superior apartment community and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the Alpharetta area. The apartments are very spacious, quiet, nicely equipped with large double vanity bathrooms and lrgw walk-in closets. This has been my best experience in an apartment community. I ve lived in 3 different communities over the last 8 years and this has been far the best one. Wood Bridge is truly a hidden gem of Alpharetta. Wood Bridge is in close proximity of the brand new Avalon which is definitely a huge plus of living here. I recommend anyone that s looking for First Class service and affordable apartment living outside of Atlanta to take a look at Wood Bridge, you will not be disappointment.
