this is a beautiful community, with an amazing customer service, we were the first family that moved here, even when around us there was still some construction going on... it is very inviting and very safe.. beautiful landscaping at all times...

Get in line, because if you want to live there, you will have to wait your turn. With good reason, too! The property had everything you could want in a home, including garages, energy efficient windows and appliances, plenty of storage, new amenities and a great neighborhood at an exceptional price.

The pictures of the townhomes looked really nice and I liked the layout of the floor plan. It was a smaller community, which appealed to me and each townhome had its own garage. The pool area looked clean and inviting.

Based on what I saw, the town homes were only one year old and everything was practically new and up to date. I would think that the homes were energy efficient and would be nice to live in. I did not see the apartments though, so I could not tell what they looked like; other than from what I saw in the pictures. Based on the floor plans and other information though, it appeared to be a nice community.

I was a little disappointed not to be able to see a vacant unit, or a model, but the community, and the leasing agents were wonderful. I enjoyed the light hearted nature they possessed. I really liked that they seemed genuinely interested in my comfort.
