Good price for what you get considering how expensive rent is nowadays.

This was a lovely community with everything in it for residents and nearby shopping.

The community grounds were beautiful. The apartments were large and there were ample amenities for the price.

This property was low income housing, but the grounds were clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating, and the amenities seemed well kept and clean.

This was a beautiful community. The buildings were spaced well apart to give a neat, clean appearance. The apartment that I viewed was spacious and well laid out.

Upon entering the community, there is a very beautiful and scenic island of plants and a palm tree in the middle. The grounds are maintained very well. The pool is inviting and the fitness center is in excellent condition. It is something I would use frequently. The staff were all very friendly. The business center has six computers set up, so you have plenty of space with each one. The floor plan flows beautifully. It is a lovely place to live and so close to shopping and restaurants.

Good looking community. Well done paint job. The amenities were ok, but the gym needs alot of help.

As I did not see anything in the community at all, I would not be thinking of renting there.

Since there was not an apartment available to see this Leasing Professional did an outstanding job of adapting to the situation. She used the floor plan for the apartment and in clear detail gave me a tour of the apartment. She also used photos which help me picture the apartment. It was a masterful presentation delivered by a true professional.

Everything about The leasing professional was very professional. Her attitude was pleasant. She struck me as the kind of person that would bend over backwards to try to please. She did all that was within her means to demonstrate the community, and hold it in a positive light. My perception is that when you enter a leasing office, and the first thing to be viewed is the furniture, and it is old, worn, and faded doesn't bode well for the community as a whole. All things being equal, the leasing professional worked well with what she had available, and that was no other staffing, no model which would have shown the unit in a much better light, and nicer furniture to display a better first impression.
