I definitely think that I would enjoy residing at a residence such as this one. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The amenities are reasonable. The staff provided me with a great visual of life in the community and all that they offer to the residents. The property is clean and well kept.

The leasing agent was in a league of her own. She was captivating and engaging. It was as if I was spending an hour talking to my best friend. The community pride was shining through with their well maintained lawns and overall appeal.

The Leasing Professional did not make me feel welcome to the community, and he did not offer enough information.

The amenities shown were in excellent condition and some had been upgraded. The community was spotless as far as lawns and parking areas, and the landscape was trimmed and manicured. The Leasing Professional was full of energy, cheerful and a real people person. The rental rate was excellent for the amenities offered and size of apartment.

I gathered no positive impressions from the visit. I would not likely recommend the community.

As a real customer I would not be a part of this community as the staff did not appear to have any interest in helping people.

This is a low income property that from the outside was very well kept. I did not get to tour an apartment.

The lansdcaping can use a little more upkeep. The leasing agent should show a little more enthusiasm. ALthough pushy sales is not always good, a little urgency would be better.

I thought the agent did a good job explaining the features available in the apartment. She was personable.

The leasing professional was helpful. She needs to sell the apartment like she loves it. Because the apartment itself doesn't have a lot to offer it is important that she sell the amenities.
