I found this to be a desirable senior community. The property offered all the amenities at a reasonable rate. It was well located near shopping, highways, downtown, cultural entertainment and businesses.

The leasing professional was commendable as an agent for the company. I did not like the smell in the common areas. The lease rate was very good.

Make tenants sign a paper re paying 350.00 if they get bed bugs leaving out that building already has them including common areas being treated.

The location was convenient to shopping. The grounds were well maintained and it was pet friendly.

The facility was well run, and clean. The apartments were clean and move-in ready. I felt like the residents were happy and comfortable. The leasing agent was full of information, and overloaded me with information. She was, however, pleasant.

The community needed more modern furnishings for today's competitive market for senior living.

This community is great in the fact that they are very active, they have a lot for the residents to do every day. I liked the fact that it was very close to all outside needs such as shopping. The agent was personable and knowledgeable of the community.

If I were a prospective tenant, I would rent from the agent. She was pleasant and kind. She walked me through the housing unit and showed me the different activities and special treats that the community had to offer.

I would definitely recommend this facility. It was clean, inviting, and had a lot of activities. I thought the agent was very energetic and sweet. She really seemed to care about the residents already there and wanted to welcome new ones home. I would have rented from her and would have rented if my parents were in need.

The community was advertised as 55+ but the residents I saw were all in their 70's or older with walkers. My impression is that of an assisted living facility without the on-site nurses and doctors. I would not recommend it for anyone in my age bracket.

The community was in a good location and looked to be well maintained and managed. The staff was friendly and engaging. The apartment seemed to be a great value.
