The office and conference area were modern and chic. The fitness center was one of the best equipped that I have ever seen. The business office was open 24 hours, not just when the office was open.

This is a stunning property in an excellent location of Tampa Bay. The upkeep and the amount of improvements that have been done to this property are outstanding. I received excellent customer service at this property.

This is a great apartment community and in a super location, with the latest features and wonderful amenities.

This is a flawless community! Everything is well maintained and there is a real sense of pride when we toured the property. I would recommend this community to everyone who could afford to live here. It has every amenity that one could want. The leasing agent was very engaged and easy to talk to. I liked that a fob was needed to enter almost everything and believe that I would feel very safe living here. It is also just off the freeway and easy to get to.

This community has the Wow factor. This is definitely a high end property. Every area was meticulously maintained. The decor is incredibly beautiful. I walked into the model and did not want to leave. The leasing professional was amazing. You can tell she loves her job. I am very impressed with the whole experience. I want to live here.

I love living Mosaic Westshore. It is a beautiful property with lots of great amenities. You can't beat the location and ease of being in Clearwater, St. Pete and all of Tampa quickly.

This was an outstanding property. The furnishings and artwork were gorgeous. The staff were some of the nicest people I have met and they went out of their way for their residents. The minute I stepped into the community, I knew immediately I would be well taken care of.
