I stop by to inquire information for a dear friend of mine. I never imagined to be so impressed the way I was. The ground keeping was beautiful and well kept. Before I even got to the door I was greeted by workers and residents. That gave me a warm feelin within itself. I then was greeted by an AMAZING worker by the name of Anna Marie; she asked me to give her a moment and she would be right with me. During that time seeing her interact with the residents was so heartfelt . They all love her there and I can see why!.. Her knowledgable tour and valuable information what I was looking for and more. And let me not forget the great Manager Anna. It is great to know its people out their who care and take pride in their job especially one so precious as helping our elders. If we had more places like Fountain at Faulkenburg the world would truly be a better place!...Thank you for the amazing experience!

My girlfriend bought me to Fountain at Falkenburg, and I was truly amazed. I immediately placed my name on the waiting list. I was able to see a apartment and was also pleased. I excited. I felt like I was home. Thank you Miss Ana

The agent had ample time to show me around the property before closing. I arrived 15 to 30 minutes earlier than we discussed on the telephone earlier so that she would have time. There was no one in the office other than herself when I arrived and no one came into the office until I was exiting 19 minutes later. No reason at all to not show the property or to at least verbally review the amenities and services offered.

Beautiful Community. Gated and well kept. All units are up to date with stainless steel appliances, granitite counter top etc. Highly recommend.

This was a great community with everything you could ask for and was gated for security. The grounds were lovely and the people were friendly and professional.

This is a beautiful senior community. I did not get an view an apartment, but the floor plans appear to be spacious and well laid out. The amenities were great, even including a community garden.
