Move in June 2012 after looking at some newer complexes but Jessica was a pleasure and made me feel like had been living at Audubon for a while. I've had a few minor problems which were quickly resolved within 24hrs.

just a few things I would like to point out:

Not all of the units have been renovated, in my unit there is old wallpaper they painted over. not horrible but they should have taken it down and then painted.
Grounds: they really need to do more, a lot of places the old shrubs are too old and need to be pulled and replanted. in other places vines and stuff are taking over the planted ground cover and shrubs, also many trees need work.
but the complex is ok, no problems with noise etc..
just getting old and needs more up-keep.

The service from all the employees here are what have kept me from leaving. The apartments are nice, very dog friendly. It's always clean. If you have a service call its handled next day.

I moved into Audubon Village in mid-October and could not possibly be any happier. I have a peaceful water view, a great apartment, and most importantly, great staff in the front office and wonderful maintenance people. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of immediately. The ladies in the office couldn't be any nicer. From the day I moved in, they have been a pleasure to deal with. There is never a time they see me, that I don't receive a smile and a greeting by name. With as many residents as we have, I'm impressed they can remember all of our names.
All in all, a wonderful place to call home!

Great location, Great staff and overall great experience. Could not ask for a better deal!!
