The staff is friendly, maintenance good and the overall look of the way is pleasant.

I was expecting a personable tour, but was handed over to someone else. If I made an appointment I would expect the same leasing professional to handle my tour. Furthermore, I was not happy that when someone else came in, she toured two of us at the same time. Because of the way the presentation was conducted, I do not feel comfortable recommending this community to others.

This is a very nice property and kept in great condition. The staff here made me feel right at home and they seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I think it's a great deal and would love to live here.

I felt that Bailey was professional and very likable. She presented in a sincere manner, answering my questions quickly and with enthusiasm. She attempted to address my objection and needs and even showed me how convenient a two bedroom model would be as opposed to the one bedroom I was seeking. Bailey was a good listener and appeared to genuinely care about my needs. She remained chatty and upbeat, smiling throughout the visit. She also stood and shook my hand at the completion of my visit. I did not feel that this apartment community offered much in the way of useful amenities for a single adult. The gym was a bit of a joke, the large mirrors would not fool anyone. The apartments did not offer balconies or patios, which was another negative.

The space was reasonable. The amenities were average. The property was in good repair.
