The management is very organized and on the same page. However, the location is an inconvenience for us but has nothing to do with management. Best management I have dealt with so far. Happy resident!!

The apartment community was not a luxury community by any means, but the prices reflect that fact. It is well run and well kept, but a little far from the city center to be convenient. It had a pleasant, relaxed feeling to it, and a family atmosphere. In my view, being treated right by the property management staff is the most important aspect of an apartment community, and this one seems to be on the right track.

The property is a great deal for the price; nice amenties, features, and quiet surroundings.

The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment was very nice, and I liked the idea that maintenance came in once during your lease to paint and clean the carpet. It was a very nice community.

I liked the community and the grounds were well maintained. I felt the bedrooms were a little small. The agent did a very good presentation and I could tell they knew the community well.

My experience shopping this community was excellent. The whole community, both inside and out, was well maintained and clean. The agent who conducted my on-site tour was exceptional. The two bedroom apartment's price seemed reasonable; the price for the three bedroom was exceptional. Again I want to say, that the tour here was the best and most thorough I have taken.

Based on the visit to the community, I had good opinions. The community seemed to be well maintained and the staff was happy to work there. The model was warm, comfortable and inviting.

The on-site visit was pleasant, but I did feel a little pressured. The conversation was a pleasant one, but she continually threw in the sales pitch. The community member spoke fast, which made it hard to understand exactly what she was speaking of. I also found that the telephone professional was not as sure of what she needed to ask, or just was not interested. Overall I would have leased the apartment because the apartments are adequate for the price.

The community is by far the best community that I have ever seen when it comes to amenities.
