The community was a nice community with an array of features suitable for a small family or individual.

The agent was nice enough and knew the community but was not personable. I felt she just wanted to get the tour through.

This property is clean, neat and well maintained. The staff is friendly enough but did not really make you feel at home.

The community is ahead of the game with really spacious apartments and being a really convenient community. A little upgrading of the kitchen appliances and cabinets will really put this community in the forefront.

I did not feel that the leasing professional attempted to make the experience exciting and informational. However, I do not think she was completely to blame. Whoever was her supervisor should also be held responsible. It is totally unacceptable to leave anyone alone in the office for twenty minutes, let alone with the three staff offices wide open and personal documentation laid out for viewing. When I was sitting in the office after the leasing professional left to take someone else on a tour, one woman came out of the back office and walked right past me carrying her keys, expressing only a faint smile and went straight out the front door. After that, I called out several times and realized I was alone. I was not the only prospective resident to experience this that day because three other people came in as we were about to go on tour. They were asked to be seated, and she would assist them when she returned from showing me an apartment. I did not feel that the leasing professional attempted to connect with me. Unless I made a comment, she said very little. She did not take the lead. A huge error was made when we entered the apartment and she sat on the couch while I toured the apartment alone. She was a nice enough young lady, but she did not convey any excitement about me being a prospective resident. Telling me that the gates sometimes worked and sometimes did not was not a comforting thought.

It was neither a high-end nor low-end property. It was in decent condition, but not exciting.
