DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT rent at this place!!!
RUDE RUDE RUDE Staff!!!! Classic bate and switch operation. As we moved in they were in the process of switching management. Once we moved in they began telling us all sorts of things that the previous staff failed to mention - mainly that 6 days a week (mon-sat) from 9am-5pm EVERY SINGLE DAY for 8 months now they have been doing construction on our building. At one point the apartment above us, across from us, and below us!!! I wake up every morning to a jack hammer pounding away at my ceiling. AND I work from home! As I sit here typing this at my computer, there is a man jack hammering 5 feet above my head. I have complained to the staff multiple times. They are VERY snotty and their attitude was "deal with it". I said I was going to speak to a lawyer and they were like "ok great!". Their only solution was for me to pay $2500 to move out! The least they could do is let me move out for free.
The jacuzzi has been broken since I've moved in here, the hallways and elevators are always a disgusting mess due to the construction workers dropping materials and dust all over the place. The ladies who clean the gym always spray this god awful scented stuff in there making it impossible to breathe while working out. The parking is a miserable joke. You have to call in a guests car everytime you want them to park here even though they are parked in guest parking! Fail to call them in and they will tow your friends car!
