Finally moved out of this community. Always paid my rent in person to the staff at the office on the first of the month. For my final month's rent, they provided me with a pro-rated amount, which I paid. Turned in my keys before my move out date and provided them with my forwarding address. I was advised my rent had been paid off and my final water bill will be sent to this address. 

A month had gone by and I have yet to receive the bill. When I called the community back, they stated I owed $270+ for unpaid rent. After trying to settle this dispute with the regional manager, she said no mistake had been made on their part, even though I was provided with a different amount on the first of the month. This community refused to accept the fact they had made a mistake, providing horrible customer service. They have now ammended the bill to $220+, which they are still holding me responsible for. 

Do not rent here to avoid the horrible customer service and bad business practices.
