We have a good relationship with our local Law Enforcement Agency and are very thankful for them driving through our community helping us keep Nantucket Cove a nice community to call home. An apartment community has alot of homes in a small area and the police department handles alot of different situations many of which are general non problematic that could warrent them to be in the area.
If you have information about kids causing a problem to vehicles in the parking lot please call with details so we can take care of this problem.

Thank you for the compliment on our price point for our apartments. Please let the office know if you see anyone hitting cars or causing mischief as we will take care of such problems. We have a very good relationship with our local Police Department and we appreciate them driving through and keeping an extra eye out on our community. Should you need anything we are always available here at the office to answer questions or give you information.

Our rents are priced at an affordable rate with many inclusions and fantastic ammenities. Many apartment communities don't offer what we do. We have large spacious 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments, pool, playground, fitness center, business center, Free after school childrens program, volleyball court, car care center, picnic areas, and more! The value is here and Nantucket Cove is worth it.

Our pool is open year round and we also have a playground, volley ball court, and a free after school program for children ages 5-12. If you are looking for more to do with your kids we would like to tell you about Delta Woods Park. It is close in distance and has basketball courts, tennis courts, racket ball courts and more.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative encounter with our office staff. We strive to supply exceptional customer service and we would like to apologize for any unpleasantness you might have received. You metioned that there are fees for everything and the rent is too high. We are part of the Affordable Housing Market and our rents are set accordingly by the state. We include water, sewer, trash, and preventative pest control with our rents. We have many Free ammenities that are available to our residents like the fitness center, pool, playground, after school program for children 5-12 yrs old, etc... We are not all inclusive but we do offer some rental options on cable, washer, and dryer. Our rules are provided to everyone when they lease an apartment and they are provided to everyone at renewal, should we have any change in our rules we would notify our residents of the change. Should you need a copy of the rules and regulations please let us know and we will gladly provide you with a copy.

We don't have restrictions on our residents visitors however we do have restrictions on how long a visitor can stay before they need to be made a member of the lease for the apartment they are visiting. We do allow our residents to use their own washer and dryer. Residents are not required to rent ours.
