Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

What I liked most about my visit was that the leasing agent let me know how neighbors looked out for each other and that it had a true sense of community, not just another apartment community.

The amenities that are offered at the community and the appliances that were included in the leasing price make the community a very exceptional value.

The leasing agent was very warm and friendly. She asked qualifying questions and gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision. During the tour, the residents we encountered greeted or waved. It was a very warm and comforting place to be.

Both agents appeared interested in showing me what they had to offer. The only negative was when I first arrived and had to look for someone as nobody greeted me upon entry.

The apartments were well kept. The outside curb appeal needs some attention and maybe if the residents had back patios and could only hang out in back. A good amount of people smoking on their front door area with chairs and tons of plants that take up the whole front door pavement is all that needs attention.

The overall experience was a good one. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as courteous and friendly.

The agent was very engaged in showing off the property.

What I saw of the property was average. The apartment was clean and decent in space. There was nothing special about it though. I did not view or have any of the amenities described to me, so therefore, I could really only base my review of the property on mostly the apartment alone. The grounds were well maintained though, and what I saw of the property appeared to be free from any trash or clutter. The staff members that I had contact with during my visit were very friendly and outgoing.

This apartment complex was taken care of and in good condition. There were no residents hanging out in the parking lot or community. It did not seem as mostly a income restricted community.

The Monster Club was a great idea. The home savings program was unbelievable. This was the only company I have ever heard of that did something like that, yet I did not see it mentioned in my materials. This is a buyer's market, why not highlight it?

I think that the community was great for the money, but the way the income questions were asked were an invasion of privacy. The questions need to be handled in a more discrete way. I like how the leasing professional raved about this community and talked about children in a positive way.
