Lived here for 2 years and watched it decline. Only good things about it are the facts that the location are nice and it's pet friendly. Being that it's pet friendly people don't clean up after their dogs. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors closing cabinets and closets all the time. There are a lot of teenagers who use the pools and tennis court very late at night so sleeping is very hard so if you need to be up early have fun with that because they are loud and so are many of the tenants. The office staff are not very helpful as they will say we need to know who it was making the noise to address the issues. The gate they have to keep people out of the property is a joke too because people will wait at the gate for residents to put in their key card and then cut you off before you can get in. Plus the rent is too high for this unreasonable living standards. And the way they charge for water is stupid they bill you with your rent and trick you by saying it's through another company and really it's divided based on number of occupied units per building and entire usage for that building with meters in each unit. My water bill for a one bedroom wasn't under $90 a month for one person and I was never home barely did dishes in dishwasher and laundry once a week. However there were at least 3 or 4 families of 4 or more in the building so I got to pay a high bill.
