many residents with mental problems. And uh, I been through hell with a neighbor of the very racist front and was disturbing my peace from the start.

Murdock needs to be more honest about the transition about switching hands. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW. Many people cannot afford a price hike which we think is going to happen. We all know it will NOT be low income anymore. The gates royally stink. Couldn't get in at all for 2 hours one day. It never worked until last month

I would not reccommend this place because,there are alot of of people that still drink outside there apartments and party here,and its not fair to the nice hard working people that live here and have to look at this,keep in that thsese are the same tenants that constanly have been doing this. not to mention the numbers of cars that should not be here.

There are too many kids causing problems, there are all different kind of people that come in and out, we need better security, they need to have a porch area, or a Lani for us to have more privacy interactions with family, guest.

We understand you would like us to add a lanai, however due to the building structure this would not really be possible.

I would not recommend an older person without children to live here.. Too much activity going on. To much partying. It has been getting better but not for me. Having kids get into my stuff and climbing trees and parents not watching them..I wish I would have never moved here.
We are interested in addressing your concerns about the your apartment home. We value you as a resident and want your experience here to be a pleasant one. As you know there have been many changes on the property - some of which you may or may not agree with. We assure you that every change that is implemented on property is made with careful contemplation to improve your surroundings. As the saying goes "Rome wasn't built in a day." We have been consistantly pro-active to remove any undesirable activity. We welcome any suggestion you have to make your experience here a more positive one.
