This was a very busy community. There were people waiting when I arrived and waiting when I left. I did not get a tour or see an apartment, but was shown some photos and floor plans. The leasing professional was great, very detailed and informative.
Let anyone live there!
I do not like they way they discuss your business in front of everyone in the office. They have all kinds of people living there.

Most pleasant office person I have ever talked to
I called the Malabar Cove office to day trying to help my daughter find an apartment for and her 5 year old son. The woman I spoke was so nice in explaining everything that I will be going to view some apartments and have a cup of coffee.

The rental rate for this community was reasonable for the size of the apartments and amenities provided. The community was in a great location and was close to shopping.

It was very busy when I walked into the office. The leasing professional seemed rush and took three people I did not know to the apartment to view it, which made me feel uncomfortable. Our finances were discussed in front of each other, which also made me uncomfortable. We were all shown a four bedroom apartment, and the leasing agent said the two bedroom did not look like that all.

I was not that impressed, and there was no wow factor. It was an average apartment community but did not fit my wants and needs. I do not think I would live there. It just did not feel like some where I would want to live.

The community was admirably attractive and very well maintained. The staff member was engaging, professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable of the leasing processes and conveyed a welcoming, yet professional tone when she spoke. She made eye contact and smiled when she spoke to me.

The community was very nice. The gated entrance offered an extra sense of safety. I liked having a reserved parking space as well. At first, I was taken back by all the add on costs of pet rent and additional reserved parking spaces. The cost of renting a washer/dryer was comparable to other communities.

There was great professionalism demonstrated in the office. There were not enough leasing agents working on a Saturday. There were a lot of customers coming and going, and I waited almost 28 minutes before the leasing agent could help me. The office looked great and the price was good for the area.

The community was nice, though I was a bit disappointed by the wall and door patches I saw, as well as lack of adequate storage space offered in the apartments. The community was small and well put together, with all buildings centered around the lake.
